Refund Policy

All pet and portrait commissions are custom-made artworks created specifically from the photos and preferences you provide. Because each piece is made to order, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

If you cancel your order before any sketching or design work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Once work on your portrait has begun, including sketching or digital design work, time and creative effort have already been invested.

 

If you cancel within 3 days of placing your order and work has already started, you are eligible for a 30% refund. After 3 days from the start of work, no refund will be issued, and the full payment will be retained to cover time, materials, and progress made on the artwork.

Every effort will be made to ensure you are happy with your portrait. This may include previewing sketches or providing progress updates where applicable. If you have any concerns, please raise them as early as possible so adjustments can be made before completion.

Because each portrait is individually created and personalised, refunds are not available once the artwork has been completed and delivered.
