Shipping Policy

All painted portraits are carefully created to order and require a production time before dispatch. Small portraits typically take up to 2 weeks to complete, medium portraits take approximately 3–5 weeks, and large portraits take around 4–6 weeks depending on workload and detail required. Once the artwork is finished and approved where applicable, it will be prepared for shipping.

EmmaMarieArts ships both within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs can be calculated and confirmed before payment is taken to ensure full transparency. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked shipping for secure and reliable delivery.

UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days once dispatched and may cost up to £15 depending on location and parcel size. International delivery, including to the United States, typically takes around 2 weeks and costs approximately £30, though this may vary slightly depending on current postal rates.

All portraits are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive safely. This includes secure protective layers, rigid backing materials, and bubble wrap for additional protection.

If a faster delivery is required, this can sometimes be arranged upon request. Any express shipping costs or additional charges will be covered by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, EmmaMarieArts is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other external factors. However, all orders are sent with tracking so customers can monitor delivery progress.
